2nd Web Page Exercise for MIS 110, Header

This is an example of how to designate text as a paragraph. This instructor-lead
, in-class exercise is a review of the techniques required for mastering the req
uirements of the first two assignments. This exercise should not be done in lieu
of a careful reading of the assigned material in the course textbook, but in ad
dition to it. Every web page has two main parts: a head and a body. This is the
end of the first paragraph.

This is the second paragraph. In HTML 4, every paragraph should begin with a par
agraph tag and end with the corresponding end tag for a paragraph. Following thi
s paragraph we will illustrate the creation of an unordered list. Immediately fo
llowing the Unordered list we will create a Definition List. This is the end of
the second paragraph.

Examples of Physical Formatting include:
Bold
Italic
Underline

Examples of Logical Formatting include:

Cite

Formatting can also be accomplished by using FONT tags. Fonts give the web desig
ner the ability to designate, among other things, textual content's Style, Size,
Color, and any combination of those characteristics.

COMMENT:
PREformatted text tags and BReak tags also are very useful in determining textual presentation:

          +-----+
          | A |
          | Box |
          +-----+

Horizontal rows are useful in breaking up content on a page if not overused.

COMMENT:
Good web page design calls for identifying a way for a viewer to contact someone
about a page's content or design. Dating pages is also typically a sign of good
 design.
